Sell at The Arena.

The vendor hall is where the convention's energy lives. We're booking local game stores, indie publishers, hobby creators, and artists. 40 booths starting at $125, with double and triple footprints available. Spots will sell out, so apply today.

Pricing

Single booth (10 ft x 10 ft): $125
Double booth (10 ft x 20 ft): $225
Triple booth (10 ft x 30 ft): $325
Spots available: 40 total

Payment is invoiced after acceptance. All sales are final once paid.

Hours

Friday, June 18

Open: 11 AM to 10 PM

Vendor setup: 8 AM to 10:30 AM
Saturday, June 19

Open: 10 AM to 10 PM

Take-down: 8 PM to 9 PM

Vendors must attend both days, be in booth 30 minutes before Friday open for a meet-and-greet, and remain at booth until 8 PM each night.

Agreements

I agree to uphold family-friendly standards. The Arena Convention reserves the right to ask vendors to remove any goods deemed not family-friendly (including pornographic material, obscene gestures, occult content, or foul language) before or during the event. I have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by The Arena Convention, including the booking and refund policy.
