Sell at The Arena.

The vendor hall is where the convention's energy lives. We're booking local game stores, indie publishers, hobby creators, and artists. 40 booths starting at $125, with double and triple footprints available. Spots will sell out, so apply today.

Payment is invoiced after acceptance. All sales are final once paid.

Hours

  • Friday, June 18

    Open: 11 AM to 10 PM

    Vendor setup: 8 AM to 10:30 AM

  • Saturday, June 19

    Open: 10 AM to 10 PM

    Take-down: 8 PM to 9 PM

Vendors must attend both days, be in booth 30 minutes before Friday open for a meet-and-greet, and remain at booth until 8 PM each night.

Two staff per booth, both 18 or older.

Timeline

  • Oct 2026 Confirmations and invoices go out.

Merchandise photos required

At least 80% of what you bring to the convention must be pre-approved. Upload photos that represent the goods you intend to sell. JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each.

Booth needs

Vendors bring their own tables, two chairs, garbage cans, and drapes to fit their booth footprint (10 ft x 10 ft, 10 ft x 20 ft, or 10 ft x 30 ft).
